PACKSLICES LLP is committed to protecting your data and providing you with control over your personal information. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please submit a request through the following methods:
- Online Form: Submit Request [Form is below].
- Email Us: Send an email to support@packslices.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number and email address.
- In-App Request: Navigate to "Account" → "Settings" → "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account and personal data will be permanently removed within 7-10 days of the request.
- Any pending orders will be cancelled, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.
- Some transactional data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
